PPS Mutual enhances team with new Senior Business Development Manager in NSW & ACT

Specialist insurance company PPS Mutual today announces the appointment of Stuart Meyers to the role of Senior Business Development Manager NSW and ACT. The role reports directly to Sabrina Walmsley, who is the State Manager for those regions.

The role will commence effective immediately and Mr Meyers will be charged with supporting both Ms Walmsley and the PPS Mutual proposition amongst a select group of financial advisers in both states.

Ms Walmsley, said she is delighted to have someone with Mr Meyers’ breadth and depth of experience join the team.

“PPS Mutual has grown from strength to strength over the last 4 years and we recognise that in order to continue this momentum and add value to the financial advice community at large, we need somone who can match the energy of a growing company and has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the industry, especially in these very challenging times,” Ms Walmsley said.

With over 30 years of experience in financial services, Mr Meyers brings a wealth of understanding and knowledge of the current industry climate.

Mr Meyers joins PPS Mutual after 11 years as Regional Manager Sales for Zurich Australia, where he was responsible for initiating innovative strategies to increase service offerings to clients.

Prior to this, Mr Meyers held business development roles at Royal & Sun Alliance and ING Australia, respectively.
