At the heart of our mutuality is the belief that every professional we insure is a Member who is entitled to share in the profits of the insurance that they buy.

No-upfront discounts

We don’t lure in new clients with discounts and then increase premiums in subsequent years. Our pricing is consistent and fair for both new and existing members.

Discounts applied to all

When we discount our premiums, every member benefits not just new clients. We don’t offer discounts to new clients to grow our market share.

Phased premium increase

Sometimes the industry needs to increase premiums. However, we’re the only provider that phases in increases to minimise the impact on members.
